About Me

    As a graduate of Norman Public Schools, I am excited and honored to be an educator in this great school district. I have attended Norman Schools throughout my school career. I was a Cleveland Cub, a West Wildcat, and then a Norman Tiger! I graduated from Norman High School, in 1994, and attended the University of Oklahoma, where I graduated with a B.A., in Letters, in 1998. I returned to OU to complete a certification degree in Elementary Education, which I received in 2001. After an extended adventure teaching in San Miguel, Mexico, New Orleans, and Fort Worth; I am happy to be back in Norman, close to my family and friends.  In my free time, I enjoy being creative. I am interested in stained glass, pottery, knitting, embroidery, sewing, cooking, and other crafty endeavors.  I am excited happy to have your child in my class this year; I am here to help your child learn and be successful.
